Clarity Coaching
Welcome to Clarity Coaching! My name is Therese and I help high-achieving women and men in finding clarity and intention in all aspects of their lives. With 20 years of coaching experience in different contexts and a passion for health and well-being, I offer a tailored approach to help you find the clarity you need to achieve your goals.
My Journey
From a young age, I was driven. Whether in the swimming pool, my studies, or the various jobs I held to earn my own money, I consistently aimed high and delivered exceptional results.
At 19, I helped manage recruiting, training, and coaching of nearly 100 employees at the amusement park I started working at in high school. Leading former colleagues had its challenges, but I was lucky to work with a professional leadership coach. Her evaluations and feedback equipped me with tools I used throughout my career.
After three years, I left to begin my university studies at the Stockholm School of Economics, inspired by a desire for deeper learning among like-minded people. Among all the activities within the Student Association, I chose to engage as Head of Personnel during the school’s 100th anniversary celebration, energized by the opportunity to recruit and engage many people to deliver a great event.
In my second year, I interviewed for a part-time role at one of the world’s leading consumer goods companies, celebrated for it’s leadership development and iconic brands.
Starting my full-time role launched an incredible growth journey with a steep learning curve. I worked passionately to achieve company and personal goals. Beyond coaching teams to reach work goals, I focused on guiding them in work-life balance, believing individuals excel when they feel their best.
During these years, we welcomed three wonderful daughters. My passion for health and well-being grew, spurred by sleep deprivation challenges. I immersed myself in health and wellness, earning a Health Coach certification during my third maternity leave.
After 13 years at the same company, returning after our third child, I realized something was missing.
This marked the start of a journey of self-discovery, offering clarity on what I really wanted. I had been so focused on climbing (and surviving) that I hadn’t noticed I wasn’t living in alignment with what I wanted anymore.
I chose to leave my job and follow my true passion—working closely with people to help them find clarity and support their growth into the versions of themselves they can be proud of.
