My journey

I haven’t always known what I wanted to do. But I have always known how it feels when something isn’t right.

During 13 years at Procter & Gamble, I built a career that looked right in every way. I performed. Earned trust. Led teams. Loved a lot of it.

But as time went on, the friction became clearer. Not because the job was wrong. But because I was living more and more on autopilot – and less and less in line with what actually mattered to me.

And in the middle of that, something happened. I forgot to pick up my daughter – not because something important had come up, but because an old fear of letting others down had taken over. It wasn’t dramatic. But it was clear.

Therapy and deep reflection helped me understand what was really keeping me there. When I dared to look at my patterns and driving forces, it became clear that I had outgrown the career I had built.

I was ready to build something that was mine – and that had the potential to impact others at a deeper level.

What I carry with me from that journey – and from all the years of coaching, leading and developing people – is a deep understanding of what it actually takes to change something for real.

It rarely comes down to more knowledge or better structure. It comes down to daring to see the patterns that are running you. And to building an inner foundation that holds – even when life changes.

That is what I help my clients with.

I hold a coaching diploma – but what has shaped me most in what I do is not the education. It is the work I have done on myself, and the people I have had the privilege of accompanying on their journey – both during my years in the corporate world and now as a coach.
