We always start with a free 30-minute intro call to explore whether we’re the right match. You share where you are, what’s brought you here, and where you want to go. I share how I work. And together we see if there’s something worth building on.
1-on-1 coaching
Deep, individual work over time. We meet every other week for 60–90 minutes – a combination of reflection, practical tools and assignments that create change between sessions too.
We always begin with a longer first session of 1.5–2 hours, which lands in a clear direction for our work together.
3 months – 10 800 kr
6 months – 20 000 kr
Single session: 2 200 kr
Retreat
A different format – the same depth.
The retreat is for you who want to create space for reflection and presence outside the pace of everyday life. Using breathwork, written reflection and group sharing as tools.
Formats vary – from weekend retreats to full-day and half-day formats.

Helgretreat — Torö, 18–20 september
A weekend for those who want to step away from the pace of everyday life and create space for reflection and presence. We are a small group of maximum six people.
The weekend includes breathing exercises, written reflection, group sharing and time in nature — concrete tools you can bring back with you, combined with the space needed to actually land in them.

I work with teams and organisations who want to build capacity for self-leadership, presence and intentional decision-making – using breathing exercises and conscious reflection as the core tools.
Formats range from 60-minute virtual sessions to half-day and full-day in-person formats. A typical session guides participants through breathing exercises and written reflection – practical tools they can bring directly into their working week.
